My first order from this company was on APRIL 14th. After several weeks, I received the wrong dosage (100 mg when I ordered 25mg). Since then it has been a constant e-mail blah, blah. Yes we will send you the right dosage in 5-7 business days. WHATEVER!! Tonight I finally asked for my money back.

At one point I thought that I may have sent them the wrong shipping address, but in checking back they had the right info.

In reading the posts here I have some very real concerns about what we are buying. While it seems that the initial product has been deliverd promptly and intact, some of the responses here make me wonder if it is even safe to order from this company.

Just my thoughts.

Hi,

I've been waiting for 4 and a half weeks for a delivery (not Topa) they seem pretty good at responding to e-mails and promises, and they now say my order has been re-shipped by express delivery. If their claim of 5-7 business days is correct then I should receive it on Friday.

I was also offered 50% off my next orsed so I ordered some Topa which will be delivered, I hope, in about 2 weeks time.

I am giving this company one more chance and then I'm going elsewhere. I have used uk-online-pharmacy.com before and they have been super quick (i have ordered on a Monday and received delivery on the following Friday) I haven't used them for Topa but they do stock it although it is more expensive. Their delivery is free though Worldwide.

If the Topa works out for me then I don't think I will use Aclepsa again as I would be too worried of running out.

I'm new to the site and also to the program. I've been waiting since June 1 for my Topa order and growing frustrated with each passing day. I received the MWO kit in a handful of days and was mentally ready to start the entire program. I, too, got the same response as an expediated shipping and 50% off next order last night. I really hope the order arrives by early next week. The entire month of June is now gone and I had hoped to be well on my way mid-June. I think it very helpful that folks have posted other sites to head to if my order does not arrived as hoped - thanks for doing that! I find all your comments helpful as a new person as well.

Welcome AJAH! Glad you found us! And very sorry to hear you have had problems with Aclepsa also. As an update, I should have received my 3rd reship attempt on Friday the 22nd. Nothing. I have emailed again, and will hopefully receive my money back. To have 3 reships with no product arriving has led me to believe they are at least a careless company, if not worse. I know others haven't had a problem, but 3 misses is enough for me. I'm feeling rather disgusted right now. Oh well. Live and learn, right?

Hi, My first order to Aclepsa back in April didn't come for 4 weeks. I contacted them and they said they would reship express and I would get it in 5-7 days. I did get it about 10 days later. It was the correct product but it had been opened (by customs?). I just ordered a refill reluctantly last night since they promised a 50% bonus. The confirm came thru with just the usual 20% repeat customer bonus. I have just sent them an email about this. I ordered express so we will see. I am pretty disgusted with them too so I will probably try somewhere else next time.

Looks like I may need to try somewhere else. I am frustrated because I had hoped to be well on my way to recovery by now. Last night I had another brush with excess and today I realize that starting needs to happen and waiting on my shippments is just delaying me further. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. :thanks:

I order from InHouse as well. Hopefully it should be here in about a week. I'll let you know. I too had a brush with excess last night. Yuck. I am smarter than this, and to wait recovery on a shipment is silly. Thanks for the reminder.

I finally asked for my money back from Alcapsia (sp), as usual they are stalling. Wait a few more days, ect. I did order from another site, hope I don't have the same problems.

I just hope that I'm not putting too much faith in the topo. It would really tick me off if after waiting all this time, since mid April, I don't get the results that I want.

To split or not to split?

Hi Gang,

I'm just coming in regarding the 'splitting' of Topa issue. No worries. You CAN split the pills. I've been splitting mine from the beginning. In Vietnam, we only have 25 mgs or 50 mgs available, so for practical reasons I opted for 50 mgs packaging from the start. I got myself a pill splitter and off I went.

By the way, here in Hanoi Topa sells over the counter :H

I started a thread awhile ago with RJ's ok (her & I pm'd). Right from the horse's mouth (not calling RJ a horse of course) she stated reasons against it and why it wasn't recommended. It's somewhere in this section. She did after all do all the research & start this program. Classes I had taken in pharmacology also agree that if a tablet is not scored then you are taking chances on not getting an even distribution. I did read somewhere where someone split a 100mg pill 4 ways.


OTC-that is too funny. What's it primary use listed for there in Hanoi?

imdone - thank you for sharing you positive customer experience with River Pharmacy. I have a Topa order in with them and will cross my fingers right now for the same experience!! What scares me more than side effects (which I will be carefully watching for, and sharing info with Mr. Doggy) is the titer up and down requirement, and running out due to shipping screw ups. Yikes. Gotta have a plan B for sure.

Sidney, the drug you linked to is sold under the brand name Chantrix and I only started hearing about it fairly recently. I did not use it myself to quit smoking, but there are people who have struggled and struggled for YEARS with smoking who swear it's a miracle drug. (Quit Smoking All Together with QuitNet.com - Stop Smoking Help and Cessation Support is a place you can read people's first hand experiences). I have not heard about it from an alcohol perspective, but I am only recently delving into my own problems in this area, and seeking more info.

River Pharmacy?

I have been following the posts about Aclepsa seeming to become a bit unreliable and decided not to re-order my topa supply from them. For those of you who ordered from River Pharmacy, can you tell me how long it took to get your meds and how your meds were packaged? I have not informed my husband of this and don't want him to know.
