I've definitley noticed a change in my general appetite and if I attempt to drink beer, it's definitlely different . Ifeel bad and it no longer tastes good.(good thing) My question --is this mild nausea normal? I'm not knocking it, just curious as to whether others experience this. It is an around the clock feeling.

Yes, it is normal. Like everytime you look at food you feel like pukey? That should go away.
I welcomed it in a way because it helped with weight loss.

Yes I would cook a huge healthy meal for my hubby and me and sit down and after about three bites not want any more. After 4 weeks now I really only want healthy food until i get it then suddenly I don't have any appetite. The sick nausea feeling only lasted about 2 weeks. I never actually got sick though.

I took topa for approx. 3 months, it did lessen my appetite but I never felt nauseous.
It could depend on how long you have been taking it, the side affects that I got were
tingling in my feet/fingers, other than that it wasn't too bad.
Hope it improves for you, it certainly took away my cravings.

I've been taking topa for a week - my appetite for food is much lessened already, but no nausea. Food doesn't make me feel yuck - just not all that interested. YAY!
And I'm quite surprised that my beloved beer could taste so wretched!
