    Time zones and Baclofen

Next Tuesday I fly out of Australia to Germany/Italy for 10 days. So I will be going from GMT +10 to GMT +2.

What is probably quite simple is doing my head in -- how do you change over times to take Bac? I don't want to end up sleepy because I've taken too much or experience effects of taking too little -- esp as this is a work trip and all I want to consider an issue is jet-lag. I already take Effexor and a heart med, but these are just once a day and relatively simple to deal with.

I will be on 125mg a day when I go; I take 25 in the morning, 50 at lunchtime, 25 in the early evening at 25 at bedtime.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I've traveled from the U.S. to Europe and had no trouble. I just took my baclofen at my usual times on their time zones. I was at 80 mgs at the time.
