And I have just had my second birthday AF - I could have had a drink had I wanted one but just do not - still seems surreal to me! It is about 14 months now and I feel good.

    Hugs to all, Sun x
How simple it is to see that we can only be happy now and there will never be a time when it is not now....

YouKayBe - You probably already posted this. But, do you still take Naltrexone? How fantastic you are doing!

                Hi Nora

Naltrexone is only required on days you drink alcohol, I've been AF for 3 1/2 years which means I don't take it any more.
I used the Sinclair Method to beat my alcoholic drinking.

Drank within safe limits for almost 2 years

                AF date 22/07/13

It is, if I ever drink again I will have to use it. I don't plan on drinking, and that was a big reason to quit - makes everything really simple.
