How fast is safe to taper down baclofen

Shipped in 120 Baclofen 10 mg's. Got about 7 left, 9 days till the next shipment comes in. Been taking about 50 mgs a day.

I've read that quitting causes seizures/death. I figure 7 should be enough to stretch/taper till I get more or quit.. but thought maybe I should ask yall see what you thought. If anyone knows the right taper schedule for Baclofen speak up. I'm off today so I can hit the doc and get a script if necessary.
