How much baclofen should I work up to

I'm trying to quit a number of substances. I've dabbled with baclofen but I don't think I've taken enough to get to that therapeutic dose to keep me from craving other things.

Are there any other multi-substance abusers out there - and what milligrams would you suggest per day.
