I have used River Pharmacy, Goldpharma, and alldaychemist in the past. All are reputable. Recently River Pharmacy (which is based in Canada but ships from India) has been forced to accept only e-checks rather than Visa/MC, apparently due to pressure from the US pharmaceutical industry. I know a lot of people have used Inhouse Pharmacy as well.
