It occurred to me to recommend B vitamins. You can find lots of recommendations for vitamins and supplements around here, but the one that’s consistent and actually medically recommended are the Bs.
I’m not one to suggest name brands, but in this case I’ll make an exception. My psychiatrist is homeopathic (which often drives me crazy, but whatever…). Because she prescribes, and of course sells, supplements, she has access to the testing that should actually be done. That’s the long version of suggesting Nature Made vitamins and supplements. They’re sold in most places and are really well rated.
