Unfortunately, Georgia does not have one of the more user friendly Medical Board websites. But if you want a full list of psychiatrists in your area, this is where to find it.

Use that link to put in the name of your town or city. Unfortunately, there is no way to narrow it down to psychiatrists.
After you narrow it down to your area, click on the button that says, "Specialists" and it will put the specialties in alphabetical order. Then click on "View All". Then it's just a matter of scrolling down until you find the psychiatrists!
I looked them up for Atlanta and there are hundreds. Many of the licenses are lapsed or the doctor is not active, so make sure once you've narrowed it down a bit by geography, that you check the "View" button to make sure the doctor is active.
