Help
Hi Cindi and Maxine,
People are here to listen and support in any way possible - Life can be tough (got to keep the language polite!) but it does get better - sometimes it takes help to get through it and we're here as a start. Unloading and writing down your problems can even help clarify them, and certainly sharing can be a weight off your shoulders - so please talk... :l:rays: Arial

Help
hey, just found this, hope everyone is ok. i was feeling the same way last night, should have logged in, but just fell asleep instead. actually, don't know if i'm on the same time zone-- i mean the times shown-- are they mine or yours?Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life... And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.

Help
I must have let myself drink too much last night. Damn!! Haven't done that in a long time.
I just woke up and have a huge bruise on my knee. I have no idea what I did. Husband is still in bed so won't know for a while. I am sure it was awful.
Sorry for falling down yet again.
Someone just PMd me about rehab and I think I am going to look into it.
I can't seem to just "do it" like so many here have.
I do need you and am so glad to have found you. It is nice there are people who care.
Thanks for being there. It means the world to me.

i am ok, but worried about cindi. i don't think she even drinks all that much tho she beats herself up for it. (maybe that's where the bruise came from? lol)
Hope you're still doing good now Max and thanx for caring Paula, Janie, everybody.
i'm off to sleep now, sober but not completely AF today, sigh.Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life... And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.
