Glad you made it through last night, Beth. I knew you could and would. Isn't it great to enjoy the mornings?
Keep up the good work, just stay focused and don't be passive. Have your radar on looking for The Beast. As soon as he's detected and identified and your rational mind engages him, he is caged. Done. You will learn to immediately recognize and label him. Once you master this, you are in control and your life is yours.
