I would love to chat but for some reason my computer wont allow me to enter chat rooms ...im new to computers and dont really know what im doing

Am fairly new myself but from my recollection I clicked on new chat and I think it asked me to upload some software which I clicked on as asked and then it allowed me to go on.

Sorry cannot be of much more help. Maybe someone will come on with more knowledge than I have
