sweetpea..I know just how you feel..I'm sure we all do but be thankfull for the feelings of remorse becaue without that where would we be....I know there was a time I didn't feel remorse and would get up the next morning and start drinking again until I found myself being taken to jail for DUI...my 2nd. That was a wake up call for me. It's been 11 day's now and I have been AF.
I love what Cindi said about guilt and shame...thanks cindi. Thats awsome.
