Greenie, a good friend taught me a valuable lesson a while back. That lesson is, that we cannot reason with a person who is drunk. At that time, I was being driven crazy by somone who kept calling me up while drinking. My friend, was absolutely right!

Take care of yourself first, Greenie! (remember the oxygen mask on a plane analogy!!)

I talked to him by PM. He said he is drinking, wanted to sleep. So I told him to go to sleep. Let's hope that's what he's doing. I think he has some kind of big appt. tomorrow with a psych and is nervous about it for some reason.

Hopefully you're well rested and feeling better when you read this. What I found scary was a sense that you were in a place of darkness and despair. I don't care what your spiritual beliefs are, I (like everyone else) just wanted to make sure that you are ok.

I do not expect that Jay42 will read this. I do not feel anything at all at his venom. I did not respond to Jay on his two posts on General. Not, because I do not care, but because I knew any response would be to no avail.

Instead, I chose to respond to our Dear Greenie. She is truly fighting for her life and her sobriety. I gave her the best that I have to give. Greenie is fighting for her life and her sobriety. That effort, I will always support!

As for Jay 42's, posts......no response!
