    Help please!

4tB: I just your post this morning. Everyone is sending good thoughts and prayers your way as you know. Your comments above ring so true, how we (I for sure) let AL cloud my emotions.
Hang in there. BTW, what AF beer do you like?
    Love and Peace,

      Help please!

      Phil,

I try to avoid the AF stuff as it hits too close to home and I have not yet graduated to that level of confidence I feel I need to not want the real thing. Overall, I find the harder a brewer tries to mimic the real thing the worse it tastes as in the case of "dark" beer or imported versions as they take on a real phony flavor and only leave me wanting the real version all the more. So far Coors AF in a frosty mug has the best flavor, look and "feel" of a real beer but doesn't at the same time try and pretend it's something it's not.

        Help please!

Oh dear 4tboz - I am just so sorry for this news. You stay strong for everyone - your own family, your extended family and esp. for this little sweet girl. You will be able to manage the emotions with clear, real tears without drinking. Drinking emotions are ALWAYS focused on OURSELVES, not those around us. Never forget that - so stay sober - NoW more ImPoRtAnT than ever.

        Praying for your families
AF since Jan. 1, 2008 .... It all began right here

I've also only just seen this. Well done getting through the initial shock AF. Though it's very sad news, as the next days bring you more information, keep your eye firmly on the positives as you work through it ODAT. Sending vibes of strength and calm your way.
