    help for newcomer

You are so important, here, Hickory.
The drink hides who we are in our truest of forms.
As well, the guilt, just kicks us when we are down, already.

Hope to replace the guilt that is vile to us~meaning the alcohol, with Hope.
Hopefull is lighter and not bothersome. It is why we, all that we are, are present on this amazing and miraculous sight. Feel the welcoming and then rest in its assurance.

Listen for your own voice. It is unique and of the highest value.

Time will pass and then, we are in the very moments that count.

Count yourself in, you are amongst treasured friends.

    For you are a treasure.

    Look forward to you.

hi i am on day 4 and dying to have a drink but hang in there!!! it helps if i tell myself is it really worth about 2-3 hrs of my day to drink (before i pass out and black out) to feel like crap for the rest of the day? think of all the hrs that you will be feeling great and not hung over. it has also been helping me to get out of the house around 5 since i would drink at home and that was my relaxation. i hope i can stay sober and you too!!!! kendall
