I need to detox alone...how?
From what I have read of what your condition I suggest gradual... can you get some Valium? That does help calm the anxiety and help you to sleep... wine has always been my drug of choice and it was uncomfortable to detox but I have never had the shakes... just night sweats (UGH!!!!)
