Hi Net - hope this finds you well rested ( well at least a tad!) GO FOR IT with the antabuse - it is a great "back-stop" to get a bit of time up from the last drink...keep in touch, mate*Serenity is the calm WITHIN the storm*

Ok, 3rd day. The night was not easy, but much, much better comparing to the previous ones. Today i feel still shaky and my palms are sweaty, but that i can deal with . I even was able to wash my car today.
I took antabuse. I took Inderal, i think Inderal does wonders, even better than Valium. You guys were so amazing, that now i want to help others on this forum. Just need little guidance how to do it.
I would like to tell you about my future progress, should i start new thread and and on which forum should i do it?
All the best to all of you. I think this experience is making me stronger and better person. We are your friends. You don't need to be alone again. So come along.

Yep, definitely keep posting, it really will help you and all of us to hear how you are going.
You can start wherever you want but probably the best place would be Just Starting Out?

Hi Network and Welcome Star
I check in everyday on the ODAT thread. That would be a good way of letting people know how you are doing. I also chat with people on the Army thread. We talk about everyday life, but if someone is struggling, then we are there to help. There are other AF threads as well. Stay strong. You are both doing well. There are supplements that help with the jitters/anxiety. I use Calms Forte. Others use GABA, 5-htp, Valerian, and I am sure there are others. Look forward to seeing you both on the boards."Decide-Which Voice in Your Head you Can Keep Alive" (Shinedown)
