        Karl,
        This sounds like the alcohol talking. I think you might consider deleting this post.

        But, you are right on one thing, There is NO Easy Way Out, and no one here promises an Easy Way Out. This program has worked for many of us. I am one of those people. But, it is up to you to work the program.....this message board is great support and really helps, but ultimately it is up to you!

        So, drink lots of water, get some sleep and see how things look tomorrow...

          Karl, you are right about one thing...there is NOTHING easy about being an ALCOHOLIC...but EASY WAY OUT, is not the name of this program..the program is My way out and offers hope with many different ways of taking control of your ALCOHOLISM.It gives you tools that (I FOR ONE), DIDN'T KNOW EXISTED
          No one can stop drinking FOR YOU...We have been and continue to be here to help each other along the way. Don't turn your back on those who sincerely care for you...and i am sure that you know I am one who truly cares..

                  Hi Karl,
                  I just read all threads started by you. Mate you need to stop drinking. I really can feel your pain.You are still very deeply in love with this girl. You must let it go. Start fresh.
                  Please go to the doctor and ask for Antabuse. It helped me to stay sober. You've mentioned in previous thread that you want to moderate. I really don't believe it is gonna work for you.

                  All the best

                      Karl, as others have said, it is not an "easy" way out. It is a very difficult way out, which many of us are still trying to find. I don't know you but I can see the pain you are in. Please check in in the morning. You have friends here who care about you.

                          there is no easy way out

                          Karl;
                          I don't know you, but i would venture a guess you were drunk when you typed this. And that is ok. Because everybody here has been there and done that; typed, texed, phoned, talked to somebody when wasted.

                          BUT the great thing about this site is we all totally understand and don't judge because we have been there. It is very frustrating, heartbreaking, humiliating, etc this alcohol addiction. To try and try and then to stumble. And it sure as shit ain't easy. Some of us are failing and struggling, but some of us are also managing to beat this terrible beast! That is why despite how low you feel right now, please come back. If you are able to turn on your computer, there is hope. This I know.

                          I also know that if you really really really didn't want to get sober, you wouldn't have bothered to post anything at all. Peopel who really don't care aren't angry, they are indifferent.

                            How about "you cant love anyone until you love yourself"

                              Hi Karl,
                              I just now saw this post as I have been in a world of depression myself. You are right Karl. There is No Easy Way out; like any other Chronic illness, we must make our treatment to stay in remission, our top priority. Fortunately, our daily medicine is vits, supps, eating right, exercise, and support from the forum. Sure beats Chemo, or daily insulin injections as far as I am concerned. You know that we all care for and about you. Please let us know how you are doing.
