              i'm Ok thanks everyone - i'm settling down to watch rain in my heart, i've got an AF beer and I know I won't drink tonight - am really touched by all the support i've had tonight - thanks everyone - i owe my success to date to you all.

                Hey Sausage if I did this right , this is the link to the thread Kate was talking about. I literally read the whole thing form start to finish when I was at that 90 day mark! You've got a head-game going because you drank last time around this time in recovery. I think it would be a good idea to do something else besides watch hubby drink tonight. Get you some dark chocolate, girl!!!

                  hi sausage i didnt read what anyone else said,not that I'm not interested , 87 days is a long time, but i did peek a boo at what you said on number 3 level of comments,it is harder to stay stopped, then t o have but one, which will lead to more,usually,my freind saus. hang tuff,it is only a thot rt now, with all your power dont let it lead to a drink gyco

                        Hi all
                        Am feeling a lot better, the craving has passed totally. I feel stronger now, hope I'll be better tomorrow. I'M SO GLAD I DIDN'T DRINK - thanks everyone. NOt sure what i'll be like tomorrow but I feel more equipped to deal with it. I'll look at the thread Kate mentioned and concentrate on "Rain in my heart " too, when things get tough. Thanks again everyone.:thanks:
