I've lost animals before, and it's natural to mourn them, they become such a part of the family. I hope your mother-dog is getting better too.

I know losing all those babies is worse than heart breaking....comfort yourself by comforting the Mama....poor little girl, she felt something was wrong with all the puppies and was trying to bury them.....Oh, Mother Nature can be so harsh sometimes.....hang in there sweetie. Hope you and your family (and momma dog) are doing ok.
I once 'delivered' a litter of 8 german sheppard puppies, the mom was having difficulties. They were all ok. I would have been so upset if even one had died.

Gosh it always takes my breath away how much support there is at MWO, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Mama dog is much better to-day, still searching but not just as much. Happy St Patricks to you all and thank you so very much to each and every one of you , sometimes you just dont know where to turn and Im glad it was here, the physical ache within me is dissipating and i appreciate so much that you shared our grief and pain! Love to all xx
