Yes, you DO need legal advice. His adultry has to carry some weight in your favor I would think. Have you any drinking related arrests - in other words does he have solid ground for drinking being an issue?

Does he have a "legal" leg to stand on? Any drinking related incidents on paper? I don't know anything about your situation.
Get a good nights sleep, and then begin to get a battle plan laid out.
