Hi All
I know when I started out that the drink tracker was very helpful.It might be a helpful tool to motivate and a visual account of how everyone is doing.Great feeling putting a 0 in at the end of the day and you know everyone else is watching each other.
You will win this battle don't ever give up.

If you scroll down the MWO site under miscellaneous you will see drink tracker.Click into it and you will see a calender.You will have to log into it and then you can keep track of how much you are or not drinking daily.I felt that by putting it out their for people to see it gave me added incentive to work hard on this problem. AF and MOD use it. With a new month starting up its a good time to begin keeping track.
Attack this problem as if your life depends on it because it does!

This is Day 2 for me. I am off work today and plan to take daughter to the mall. It should be a safe day for me. It is spring break here this week.
