Grennie, I did notice that. It really inspires me, although at the same time I feel guilty to dominate the boards just because I can't deal. (No responses to that please, I already know what you are going to say...just how I feel whether you say it or not).

Irish, I heard somewhere on here (perhaps it was you?) "I can be a miserable drunk or a miserable sober person. Kinda a no brainer there. Good point, thank you. Worried about tomorrow, but that is tomorrow. ODAT's a crazy thought

Really? Is there something else that I could use more safely?

Could you ask your GP for something if you needed it? It states that you should not take it if u ahve liver damage!!! (i am not saying u have but u could have and u could get liver failure from it) seizures, and addicted. There are safer options for you if you need something.

do you have any calmes forte? I find that helps a lot.
Every day is a day to start over and remember that I am powerless over my addiction. I will no longer give the BEAST any power over me - he can go straight to hell.

Not sure what that is. And as for my GP, when the state kidnapped my daughter, they took my insurance (and my pride, my sobriety, my self worth, etc...but that is temporary...I will fight till the day I die).

Cool! Kalms are very good you can get them over the counter in your pharmacy or healthstore, they have valerian and they are quite harmless.

Found it...they have it at Walgreens and not too expensive. So I can take this during the day without sleeping my life away? I am trying to find employment (again).

                                How's that stew?
