Tawny,
I went down with a fluey like thingie (if you see what I mean) last Thursday. I felt as if I'd been it by a large boulder.
Before climbing on the sofa find the take away menus.
Take it easy and be kind to yourself.

thank's for that, Im' watching a really depressing programme about animal cruelty, how can people do these thing's?

I can't watch programmes like that as they make me so angry.

I've just looked up and smile as there a slightly overweight Labrador making herself comfy on the sofa. She's a rescue dog. She has her own blanket.

She also has her blanket in the kitchen, the conservatory and a pillow by the window ( we have a large picture window at the front of the house) so she can watch the world go by.

She also has her own blanket in our bedroom but we're awfully strict as she's not allowed to sleep on the bed when me and Mr JC are in it.

Hey tawny,

After I gave up AL for 6 months, my body ached with arthritis. I saw specialists and then finally they said it wasn't.
My body was withdrawing so badly, it gave out those symptoms.
Slowly the aches just went away, so maybe hopefully this is the same for you.
