    Disappointed In Myself

Hey you! I'm sorry to hear you're feeling so bad, and wanted to let you know I'm hear to help however I can. What I really wish is that I could come over to your house for supper tonight?

And, remember, I gave up ciggies and beer. I still do not think of one without the other, that is how my brain is "wired". I say, go for it, what have you got to lose?

    Hang in there! :h:l

        Thanks Zeppie and LVT,
It is after 3pm here and I still feel like crap. I must have had a "boatload" last night!?! I am going to get thru the next 24 hours without AL if it kills me!!! I hope I don't have withdrawals......
Last time I quit I remember having a few days of not feeling too well, shaky and such. I hope I can do the same thing this time.

              Hi Krig's.
It's so, so easy isn't it, to fall back into a drink, then off we go! Just relax. I think you'll be fine. Slowly gather your thought's, vision, and strength again, and away ya go!
              Best wishes........
