last blood test my gamma levels were bad, did nearly a month af then screwed up , as i have done today ... again . im my own worst enemy im begining to think its all about loving yourself . i need to give myself more love . but its hard weather its due ot my childhood experiences or realtionships its hard ot extend a hug ot myself like im not worthy yet i know i am worthy .
its no point saying oh get a job .i volunteer trying my best in that regard (jobwise)
got a pych history going back years and asi have liver damage cant take meds anymore ..
i go to the gym reg feel great afterwards . . then call it existential angst i begin to dissapear some people drink ot get away from life . ithink wheni do drink itsot get into life . althoughi know its a short lived destructive solution .
