I asked JackieClaire about this yesterday since I totally freaked when I read the posts. Surely Hillary doesn't need to have stuff like that thrown at her along with what she's going through. JC told me to just ignore it, that the Moderator would no doubt take care of it. However, I see that the thread and the posts are still there. Sad that someone is so nasty that they have to kick somebody when they're already down and in pain.:no:

DUI

Hi guys

I just got caught on Sunday night for driving under the influence. It was the day I found out my estranged husband (still living in the same house!!!) had gone to the police because I had yelled at him while I had a butter knife in my hand. He was concerned for his life. I was so very upset about that incident, and have never had any dealings with the police, and had to go into the police station this week and make a statement. I'm not making excuses for my drinking and driving, but its been a darn hard week this week. The police then came over another day about the "domestic violence" issue.

I'm in Western Australia and wondering what charge I'll get for my blood alcohol level of 1.6 (which is very high). I'm expecting to lose my licence for six months, but hope to get an extraordinary licence to drive my girls to school. Is there anyone in WA who may know the penalty? This coupled with his report to the police is just dreadful.

I'm glad some of us have never drove drunk or even having had a few. I'm glad some of us have never cheated on our spouses. I'm glad some of us have never taken the Lord's name in vain.

MWO is composed of a variety of people, most of us try our hardest to do the right things most of the time and most of us have times we fail.

I have never met one perfect person (and I don't want to).

I try my hardest to live by the golden rule. Do onto others as you would have them do onto you.

And to be honest I've never been a black and white thinking type gal. I'm grey all the way. I see good in bad in everyone and still can love them and thank Goodness, some people can luv me thru my "bad times".

There are always going to be people who luv to bring others down. I try and keep in mind, WOW, they must really hate themselves to instantly look at the down side of every situation. That's horrible, because that will eventually eat them up and their life will be only filled with regret.

Lozzy, I'm so sorry about your situation. I'm in Texas and I was shackled and in a jump suit before I knew it. She shame and humiliation and remorse over my own stupidity is enormous.
