I had the same on Thrusday after drinking too much the day before.
Went to the Emergency. They gave me help. Go for it don't be afraid. And if you can't drive there get someone to get you there.

omg it is not wise just tostop drinking it can be dangerous to your health,im surprised no one told you to have a drink,and gradually taper down,if your a heavy drinker other then with medication from a doctor,your playing russian roulet,its like taking the oil out of a motor and running it,i do wish you well most emergencies in canada will take you in rt away gyco

You are going to need to get some alcohol (a little) to control the symptoms or get to a doctors and get some help, they will give you something to to help the alcohol leaving your system.
