Amy..I don't have any 'amazing' words to uplift you..I wish I did to be honest.Your story has touched me and put 'my' life back into the perspective it should be. In saying that, I lost my dear Dad recently and so I can appreciate some of what you may be experiencing...none of it is ever truelly 'expected' is it! Even when the rational mind knows something or suspects it, the heart refuses to see it........
just remember to be kind and gentle to yourself now...you deserve the freedom to feel what you need to....to ride the rollercoaster from one end to the other....hold on...you will be okay!
