I believe the further you get into this addiction the harder it is to find these windows to crawl out of. I hope that tomorrow will be that day . YOu are too sweet...I just can't seem to make it 7 ddays AL freee and it is frustrating me....but the AF stretches are getting longer and longer......LOTS of stress in my like right now...had to lay off 8 people today so that sucks, but I have to quit looking for excuses to have a few beers......a few ALWAYS turns into 12 or 15!!!!:H:H:H

:happyheart:Hey mama bear I hate to hear your work is stressing you out but you'll be in my prayers tonight, that things will smooth out soon. People don't really know how powerful prayer is! I have been doing some reading and they say that one does'nt just get rid of a habit,they just replace it with another one. So I thought we both need to find something that we are really passinate about! Then when a craving comes along we dive in our passion. They also say cravings don't last that long if you can redirect your thoughts. I say it's worth a try! I'll let you know what happens and if it sounds good to you please let me know...:thanks2::nicemeeting: runningwind
