im suicidal now
I've been depressed for along time suicidal even tried taking an overdose (tho just felt really sick the next day) tried slashing my wrists but not seriously enough th do long term damage.
I pretty much drank 2 bottles of wine every day sometimes more. This is only my 8th day of not having a drink so i know it's very early days.
last week i went to the Doc's and told him i needed something to help me through my depression as i nearly lost my job (again) so i had to do something. He gave me some tabs and have to see a councilor. I reckon baby steps just one day at a time.
I have caused untoldmisery thru my drinking to me family and friends.
I just wish u luck.

Only me,
please listen to the help and advice these guys have given you and take action on going to get help, don't just try to muddle it out yourself, coz it is a very delicate state of mind to be in.
My dad shot himself with a shotgun and it DOES affect close family members, I tried to commit suicide last year..and cannot bear to think what it would have done to my children..
it is NOT the answer, you have three lovely children that need you.
make yourself strong and get well for them and for yourself
get help, go to any of the places given to you
don't put it off..do it..
I wish you well
