Kelly, beating yourself up doesn't help. If what you have been doing to stop drinking isn't working, then I hope you will take a look at your plan and make some revisions. Are you following he My Way Out program or another established program to help you in your mission?

If I can, you can. It's not easy to stop, but it's worth it.

Are you OK with that? I actually know people who really have done well in rehab - using it as an opportunity to just totally focus on getting sober without having the "world" and it's ups and downs getting in the way. If you DO go to rehab, I hope you make the best of the opportunity. You won't believe how much better your life can be...sober!

Kelley, just saw this. I've missed you, girl! Come on now, you know you're a great person, just having a 'dark spell'. You've done this before, getting better, and you can do it again. But please, don't leave us again, no matter what. Maybe rehab would be good. If that's what it takes, take every opportunity to get the most from it you can. We've got patterns to share, so lets beat this, hon!
