Hello Red67, thank you for all the info. I will look for L-Glutamine and the LiverCare quickly. I also have been honest with my doctor (both of ob and general). I have had 4 blood tests this past year to check my liver, due to my bad habit. So far, not too bad, but I have to slow down quickly... Thanks again!
