Hey Guys and Girls - I havent posted for a while.... I ended up having a binge yesterday and the thing is I saw it coming and didn't do anything to stopit. I made a complete fool of myself....

Ended up in a&e because I decided to self harm again.

Feeing terrible today......

So sorry to hear of your binge.God knows i can relate to the feeling terrible next day..I have never self harmed so i cant comment on that to you.Dust yourself off and start your AF journey again today. Best wishes your in my thoughts

Flip, I'm more worried about your self-harming (which I guess is what drinking is, in a sense) than that you drank. Was it a suicide attempt or simply cutting?

This wlll be the 2nd time in a month that Ihave ended up in hospital due to drink.

Whatever you do Flip don't disappear unless you get too bad and have to call for help..it doesn't matter that you have been to the hospital before thats passed, just get help for now ok
