My drinking has been getting worse and worse and i think it will kill me.My skin looks a slightly different colour and so do my eyes.

Have you been to see your doctor? Those kinds of physical symptoms sound like they need to be addressed right away.

What are you thinking about doing? Do you have a plan to stop drinking? Are there some things you want to do like read the My Way Out Book? How about the "Toolbox" thread in the Monthly Abstinence section of the forum? Lots of good ideas there.

Like i said,ive been here before and i think im going to go to the doctor and ask for meds.Im 42 years old and never been ill in my life.My doc doesnt ever see me much.Even when i went last year and asked for a liver function test they didnt think i needed it.but this time they will have to take noticeComment
