Say, Mr. Fields, I read in the paper where you consumed two quarts of liquor a day. What would your father think about that?

Rightio then, we're going to have to take this hour by hour.

Have you got an oven timer or can you get your cell phone to give you an hourly alarm?

How long will it take you to get to the clinic/doctor?

This can be done,PW and you're going to do it. Right.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

          Fantastic.

Now you may think I've lost the plot with the oven timer idea but honest to God it works.

Set it for an hour.........get through that hour etc. You see the pattern.

In those hours get together some reading material, get yourself showered, make an effort to look good.

Play Freecell until your eyeballs feel as if they are about to drop out.

Write down how crap you feel at this exact moment

In fact write down a list of what you hope to achieve in the next couple of hours. Tick them off.

I'm going to keep checking on you so beware you'll never know when I'll pop up.

Good. You've got a plan and folk to back you up. Plus you've got JC's eye on you. She may be as cute as she is in her avatar but she's one tough cookie. You're in good hands with her. Staying close to here will help you get through the next few hours. :l Going to chat might help, if you feel up to it.
