Hi Stressd,
It's not very common for B6 (pyridoxine) to be high since it's water soluble--you just pee what you don't use. : ) Do you take high-dose supplements? It does seem like what could be causing your neuro symptoms. I wish I had more info for you, but there's a lot more data on deficiency.
It doesn't sound like you drank enough to have renal or liver damage this young (unless those partying occasions were nightly!). It's good you're getting a follow-up; your doctor will sort this out, so try not to worry too much before you know what the cause is.

This snippet says a lot:
The nerve problems due to vitamin B6 toxicity are often reversible once the vitamin is stopped. However, very high doses (especially if taken chronically) can cause permanent damage.
