Scared...Don't know what to expect..

Some Poeple say, i hear say that dry sober can be just as bad as drinking but i say wet drunk tapering off can be the worst.... stick to your guns you can do this and it is so worth it ! when you get through the other end, but like some that have posted you should think of a little plan that will keeep you on the right path.... coming here everyday and reading and posting can be a great help and even group sessions if you feel you need face to face contact your Doctor should give you all the information you need on that one.
