How embarrassed I feel. Needing a little hand up right now. Don't even know where to start or what to say.

I haven't been here in a year and I've been considering posting for days. I'm not in any danger or anything, so I'm sorry for the ASAP thread post, but I'm afraid if I don't do it this way that I won't bother or will talk myself out of it (because that is what I've been doing).

Have been actively drinking (as if there is a passive way) and acting like I can handle it. Duh. Lost my north star...
