We had a similar situation some time ago. In urgent situations I think they can track your location through the IP address.

I contacted admin, a forum leader, and I PMed her Again asking her to contact me so I know she is ok.
The last time I was concerned for ER she had blackedbout and didn't remember making the post.

I don't know what we are supposed to do when this happens. The site has no "emergency contact admin" or a protocol.

Gosh, this is so sad - it is horrid to feel so incompetent, especially when so many want to help. What a terrible reminder of what AL is all about - this is definately strengthening my resolve.
SunFlower - hopefully you maybe reading - the name you chose for yourself says a lot. Hopefully you will be able to slow down enough to get the help that allows you to be a SunFlower again, and make no mistake, your kids DO need you...

I've contacted the forum moderator and administration hoping that someone there will be able contact her or her family through e-mail or any other private information they may hold.

I can't think of anything else to do.

There was another member a couple years ago who threatened suicide, was in the hospital and got better, but ultimately did end her own life. I don't remember now if there were posts leading up to it. I think everyone is doing the right thing here, and I hope someone will notify the group of SunFlower's situation.
