Do you have any Gatorade or other electrolyte drink? Those can help with the shakes, since they replenish your body. Shaking is a mild withdrawal symptom. You can get through this as long as it doesn't get too bad. Not sure where you are in the world, but can you go to bed...sleep is the best remedy. When you wake up, eat some toast or crackers and water, water, water. Ride it out if you can. With each passing hour your body will realize it's not getting what it thinks it "needs". Stay strong and let us know how you are!

Hi kdog, I'm only at 42 hours but feeling better already. I was really shakey around 12-14 hours and around 36 hours but now they have stopped. I have been drinking lots of fluids (water, juice, a little ginger ale, etc.). Not sleeping well at all but feel that will come in time. What I do know is that I never want to do these past 42 hours again!!!! Hope you are ok and good luck on picking up the paycheck.
