help
kdog,
I am not a doctor but my feeling is this: if you have to ask the question, you probably do. I chose to get medical help when my withdrawal from AL and benzos was intense and unremitting. I knew I needed some help. and I got it, thankfully. It was the best move I ever made, I think, to reach out to a doctor. And it was such a relief to have someone else be in control of what felt so out of control.

Maybe someone else has experience with Librium, I've never taken it. I was given a short term script for Klonopin, which is a long lasting benzo. You can take it in the morning and at night; it lasts for 12 hours. It was a life saver for me, don't know how anyone else feels about it or what their experiences have been.
Hang in there. I'm sorry you are miserable, we've all been there, and it does pass as you know. Feel free to PM me if you want.

yes I did, just don't like the way they make me feel, but it looks like others have had success with them, I may try them for a few days just to make sure I don't fall over so to speak, then throw them out!
Please keep nagging at me, I love it:thanks:

research queen,I am on BP meds, I believe due to the damn beast, so I do check it at the store often, its usually ok, but will it get worse after stopping for a few days? And my doc told me I could pop in any time for that kind of check. Seems like I'm all set up, so why am I so scared?
