    morning headaches

Hi, I have been AF for 4 days (with reducing intake before that) and I am waking up every day with a terrible headache. Admittedly it does subside after about an hour.
How long does this continue for? I feel hung over even though I havent been drinking
    Thanks!
    :thanks:

First congrats on the 4 days AF.

Now then the headaches. It could be a number of things, but it's more than likely that you need to drink more water and drink less coffee, tea anything with caffeine in. Try to avoid sweet things like chocolate and sweets.

I know that's a near impossible task when you're first AF, but give it a try.

It could be worse, I could be filing.

JC is right. I had headaches every day. Loads of lemon water, supps and Advil if it did not go away in an hour or two.

Seriously, it will pass and you will feel great. Keep on going!

Aaah the phantom hangover! I had them Geranium this time round. I drink loads of water anyway and eat healthily so was a bit perplexed. They did lift after an hour or two and then they stopped altogether. I think it was just my body ridding itself of toxins and headaches are a natural symptom of that. I used them as a reminder of just how rubbish I would have felt had I drank the night before, but worse as I would have all the guilt & shame to go with it. Great stuff on your 4 days
