        Lucky to be alive

I've been drinking for a week. At least two bottles of wine each day and craving for the hair of the dog every morning to stop my anxiety and hollow feeling between the shoulder blades. Yesterday my heart started racing. Nothing too severe - up to 90, but then it got worse. I got a panic attack which was not stopped even by a quarter of xanax under the tongue - it only made it worse.

Today I'm on my third beer and I don't even know if it's helping my anxieties. I've read online about the method to tapper off with it. My heart rate is at 85, my face is flushed and eyes feel dry. I look like a f drunkard, which I am.

I took some 5-htp, drank lots of water and downed some B'.s, and put on some "brainwave" program to help with my anxiety. I take a sip of beer and feel better for only few minutes. Then it starts all over again.

I'm in a country where I don't have medical insurance or close friends. I know I won't sleep tonight, because of my heart, so I'll have tons of time to read any of your answers.

        God help me.
