Free copy of Control Alcohol by Alan Carr

I've been going through my boxes and stumbled up this book. Sorry, real title is "Easy way to control alcohol", i was reading it upside down when i created the thread! To be honest, i don't think i've read it and it is no way responsible for my quitting alcohol, but as a way to give back to the community, i am willing to send it free of charge to the first person who really needs it and responds! Please bare in mind, i'd rather donate it to somebody who may have experienced some bad luck lately, somebody who is out of work, or somebody who really needs it in their journey of giving up this evil poison... You can PM me.

*Disclaimer: nobody may want it, therefore it will be donated to the op shop, but i'll try here first

What a lovely thing to offer. Can I suggest Honeysuckle.

I think she could benefit hugely from this amazing offer!
If drinking is interfering with your work, you're probably a heavy drinker. If work is interfering with your drinking, you're probably an alcoholic.

I hardly ever post but I lurk every day. I wanted to say that come April this year I will be 3 years sober, and it's thanks to this book. Just thought I'd share that!

I'd also say it was a big part in me getting and staying sober, helped pull back the curtain in many ways.

          Ok, cool... I'll try Honeysuckle.

I'm glad the book helped some folk. I think i bought it at a time when i was half-hearted about quitting, so i didn't really read it.
