I originally purchased book 5 years ago but I am so confused as to which supplements and how and how many times a day I am supposed to take. I know there is an update on them since the original publication of the book but I still can't get it clear, even after visiting the new schedule for them.
For example:
The All One powder has 200 mg of magnesium, so is the 200 mg on the schedule in ADDITION to that?
New schedule says 750 mg of B-50 combined.....combined with what? The ALL One Powder?
On the new schedule I see EPO, what is that??
Where do I get Calms Forte, what is it, what is it for, and what is the dose in each tablet?
Can anyone help me out ASAP before I talk myself out of starting the program!
