    I know what you mean about changing more than just the stopping of drinking. I felt so good when I would exercise but then I would stop(still have) and it's taking everything I have to just think about it again. How could that be when I felt so good doing it? Don't know but for me change it so Hard when it comes to anything.

        The 30 day thread isn't a place to view half naked girls or men, come to think of it, thats the Journey never ends thread part 2 - go there or go to general discussion or newbies threads as I see you only have a few posts .....

        Otherwise you don't have to look at this section if you are not sober for more than 30 days eh ??

        This actual LTA section is for long term abstainers to support others who want to be long term abstainers too .... I didn't see half naked women on this thread !!!

                    I got on to MWO on January 31st and have not had a drop since then. I am grateful to read the comments on this thread because I do get that sense of confidence after not having a drink for so long that I can handle it again when I know that will not be the case. I keep repeating to myself..that I am only one drink away from being a drunk. Life is truly wonderful AF.

                            Hi Heavenly et al
                            Nice to see this thread float to the top again! I took a break from mwo for a while too...but I am around sometimes too. I do miss a lot of the long termers who are no longer around....people like "a work in progress". Those that were always full of to the point information and encouragement. I too, often got labled as "tough", but I know this disease, and those entrenched in it, sometimes do not want to hear the truth about what it takes to get sober and stay sober. For many of us, this has been the battle of and for our lives. I am grateful and happy to be living my life without alcohol!!
