    TODAY MARKS 16 MONTHS FOR ME,MYSELF AND I

    feeling good and going strong and living life on lifes terms ..

    the long road getting sober ..
    has been i lone jouney.. but well worth the fight..

    it hasnt been easy at all and still at times.. i have my moments
    and just know if you really want something in life its there for the taking..
    just grab it ..
    dont be shy ..
    stay strong think positive and thank you all for being here for me ..
    when i needed help
    :beach: life does change as long as you are willing to change yourself ..
    best thing about the future it comes one day at a time..

                  Congratulations! And thanks for all you share here. You have helped so many.

                  How is your home repair business doing? I remember when you asked for input for your web site.
                  My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.

                    It's always good to see your positive approach living a day at a time T and it surprises me not that you have done so well to maintain your sobriety through living life on life's terms. Inspirational is a word I see used a lot here on this forum and not one I am fond of using myself because I DO find it hard at times to find inspiration from others. But I do feel it appropriate in this case because I really want what you've got mate cause I'm sick and tired of playing swings and roundabouts and I know I can get that if I live my life how you have a day at a time.

                    Many congratulations mate. I hope life just keeps getting better and better for you on your journey.

                      Congratulations T. It's great, and valuable to all i'm sure, that you regularly post your experiences here.
                      It's helpful to hear from one who is a bit further down the road. When i consider myself 'further down the road', i will make a point of sticking around here, offering any support i can. Sort of 'paying it forward' i think you say. I always get something positive from your post's.....................G.
