My mother-in-law is from the Southern US (Tennessee) and she does bacon sandwiches on toast, no T or L either. Pork Fat Rules!

Another friend, who grew up on a pork farm here in Ohio, would fry eggs or pop popcorn in leftover bacon fat! I personally like to use bacon fat when I cook black beans.

Hay T........it's pig love ha! Wife took the pic's.......and if it takes as long to get these pic's as it did to get the other ones.....it'll be next summer before we all see them ! ha! IAD.
